Tapered adapters are designed to CONNECT and DISCONNECT from your equipment quickly.\r\nThe threaded end of the adapter fits tightly into the dust collection hose eliminating the need for hose clamps. They are easy to thread into the hose if you wet the adapter with soapy water.\r\nThe inside of the opposite end of the adapter is tapered and fits perfectly onto the matching taper of the dust gates, universal hoods, jointer hoods, saw hoods and floor sweeps.\r\nLeft hand thread.
